Saturday, April 12th, 8PM

"Pink Moon" mostly full moon viewing on a Zhumell 6" refractor telescope. First time using it in a while, but come on out!

Lost // Wilds

Sunday, April 13th, 11AM - 2PM

Makerfarm will be hosting some art for the Lost//Wilds 2025 symposium which explores how ideas are articulated between inside and outside spaces; and in rural and urban communities.

Spring Celebration and Volunteer Day!

Sunday, April 20th, 10AM - 6PM

Join us and make your own adventure: take on some volunteer tasks, bring or eat some food, listen to some music, bring your bike in for a tune-up, take an animal on a walk, learn how to weld, or just bask in the (🤞) April sun and enjoy the hubbub.

We might even have an Spring Egg Hunt for the kiddos.

Farmcycles Bike Repair Clinic

Sunday April 20th, 12PM - 2PM

Bring your bike to the Spring Volunteer Day and learn how to fix it up. Grease your chain, tune your shifters, and learn how to stop your brakes from squeaking (impossible).

Also come find us at the Alameda Bike Festival on April 26th @ Paden Elementary from 11:30 - 2:30.

Animal Care Day

Sunday April 20th, 12PM - 2PM

Come for an animals tour and to learn about animal care at the farm.

Newcomers and returning folks are welcome, we’ll be putting new straw in the chicken laying boxes to give our laying girls a dry bed.

Welding Workshop

Sunday April 20th, 12PM

We will be welding some tubes onto the blue container for the new "community boat library" as well as making some metal shelf supports which slot into the "D-rings" all the shipping containers have. Removable shelf supports.

All materials provided.

Monthly Potluck - 🇮🇹 Liberation From Fascism Day

Friday April 25th, 6PM

Join us for our monthly potluck! This month it’ll coincide with the Italian holiday of national liberation from fascism.

To celebrate we’ll bring out the pizza oven and sing antifascist tunes around the campfire.

Bring your favorite tune about collective liberation or a snack that gives you the strength to persevere through the hard times.

When: Wednesdays 2:30 - 3:45 pm (Weather permitting, Holidays excluded)

Where: meet near the Barbers Point Road entrance. (Next to the chick coop.)

Who: Ages 6 through 17

Please have a permission slip signed by a parent or guardian in order to participate. no exceptions.

Permission slips can be provided by a Maker or online.
