Diversity Equity Inclusion and Social Justice
To lead the farm’s efforts in being an inclusive and diverse Makerspace where Black, Indigenous and people of color feel welcome and valued. Be a guide to other committees, projects, and working groups to ensure these values are central to all we do.

To guarantee financial stability, oversee fiscal sponsorship, ensure equity-centered and compassionate cost-share, and keep farm members informed about our finances.

Facilities
To discuss, repair, maintain and organize changes to the layout and built infrastructure of the farm, including creating or bringing new structures to the farm and to oversee safety and city and county code adherence.

To to manage the membership of the Bay Area MakerFarm. In the process, our goal is to stand by the values of the Bay Area MakerFarm at large; maintaining a diverse, equitable and inclusive base of membership that is tightly connected to the local community.
